A moment of release — butterflies escaping a once-closed cage. To me, butterflies are the very definition of trusting the process. They surrender completely to transformation, never knowing what they'll become, yet emerging in full beauty. But I also see them as our thoughts... restless, winged things we sometimes trap ourselves. The cage isn't always built by someone else; more often, we construct it ourselves, bar by bar, out of fear or doubt or old stories we keep believing. This work is a reminder that belief requires patience, courage, and the willingness to grow beyond what you've known... and that the cage keeping our minds caught is often one we hold the key to all along.
